The Daily Diary Of A Winning Loser

Yesterday was a 4-celebrity day: I taken care of the integrity of my calorie budget, I remained refined sugar-free, I met my daily drinking water goal, and I remained well linked with exceptional support. It is almost time for another 8-week session of the every week teleconference/daily Facebook support group I help. If you’re prepared to discover the difference good accountability and support can make, sign up for we! We just have room for some new members! In this day and age of television diets, the power that be want us to believe and spend our hard earned money on this diet or that diet.

Sure, each of them ongoing work to some degree, but none of them are lasting. They are not a lifestyle. And for me personally, I’ve found that what is lasting is the support and accountability that others who ‘re going through what I’m going through bring to the desk. This is also true for all of us guys, that don’t want to really acknowledge that maybe we need support and accountability.

My viewpoint was always, “I can do that myself, I don’t need anyone’s help.” That is why I lost and gained weight more times when compared to a wrestler preparing for a match. As someone who now has done many groups including Sean’s for quite some time, I can let you know what he costs for his eight-week support phone calls and his private Facebook group page is way below what mainstream organizations charge.

Yet the quality of his support and the group rivals that of any group I have been an integral part of. If you have lost and gained weight often over and question why, what you are missing is this key element maybe. That of support and accountability. If you opt to join Sean’s group you might just find that missing piece to your own health lifestyle. Don’t fall in to the diet mentality that people are all resulted in believe by the mass media, try something that works.

What do you have to lose but maybe some extra weight and gaining a new you? Personally, everything started for me personally with Sean’s group, which was a stepping rock to more local groupings and prolonged therapy. I learned more from others than I ever would have on my own. And I’m never to proud to state given that I couldn’t have done this without any help. And it all began with one of Sean’s support groups.

I have presently lost over 200 lbs and I can assure you that without support and accountability, I would do not have reached this point in my own journey. That I am certain of. Thanks, Sean for all your support during my own healthy trip. You’re very welcome, Michael. And many thanks to be so extremely inspiring. You’re doing amazing work! It’s been an honor to witness your incredible change and what you do on a daily basis.
